My journey in the world of digital design and publishing spans over 27 years, beginning at a small local newspaper where I first learned the intricacies of design software, specifically Adobe Pagemaker—now known as Adobe InDesign. This foundational experience not only honed my technical skills but also ignited my passion for helping businesses shine through visually compelling materials. With a degree in Business Management, I’ve gained valuable insights into marketing strategies that empower businesses to thrive. Having run my own non-design and printing businesses, I understand firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face and the importance of effective branding. My mission is simple: 100% customer satisfaction. If my clients aren’t happy, I’m not happy either. I prioritize high-quality products at competitive prices, and I believe in being attentive, communicative, and always available to ensure that every project meets your expectations. At The Pixel Lab, I offer a wide array of services, including design for marketing materials such as one-pagers, pamphlets, business cards, and more. I also specialize in in-house sticker design and printing, as well as promotional items like banners, canopies, and custom flags—all tailored to your specifications. Additionally, I provide logo design, website design, and comprehensive marketing solutions, ensuring that we can meet all your branding needs under one roof. Building strong relationships with my clients is at the heart of what I do. I thrive on collaborating to create beautiful, impactful designs that help businesses grow. I take pride in supporting my clients throughout their journey, celebrating their successes as if they were my own. Outside of work, I am passionate about 3D printing, using both filament and resin printers to bring my creative ideas to life. I believe deeply in fairness and quality—principles that guide my business practices. I strive to offer my clients the same high-quality products I would like for myself, ensuring that my pricing remains fair and accessible for all businesses. Looking ahead, I aim to grow my business and client base while continuing to enhance my skills and offerings. I recognize the industry’s shift toward digital solutions, yet I also believe in the enduring value of print media, as many still appreciate the tangible experience of physical documents. Fun fact: I once served as the president of a national non-profit organization focused on peacekeeping and conflict resolution for teens and young adults. This experience taught me valuable skills in mediation, planning, and problem-solving. As a technophile, I enjoy exploring new technologies and even dabble in programming microcontrollers.
